Providing Personalized In-Home Care for a Better Quality of Life

Trying to decide if a loved one should go into a hospital, rehab facility, or nursing home can be a heartbreaking decision. You hate to separate your loved one from their home and everything that is familiar to them — and on top of that, you have to worry about the high cost of sending them to such a facility.

With home health services from Professional Home Health Care, you don’t have to worry about your loved one leaving their home and all of the issues that can go with that decision. Our staff can give your loved one a better quality of care than they would get in a facility — in the comfort of their own home and without the exorbitant cost.

Does Your Loved One Qualify for Paid Home Health Care?

If your loved one meets the requirements for home health care, the cost may be 100% covered by Medicare, with no co-pay, no cost sharing of any kind, and no deductible to meet.

To qualify, the patient must need the services of a registered nurse or licensed therapist, as determined by their doctor. The patient must also meet the definition of “homebound,” which means the patient needs the help of a person or device (such as a walker) to leave the home, or leaving the home unnecessarily is medically contraindicated. The staff at Professional Home Health Care will coordinate with the patient’s doctor to determine if these qualifications are met.

Stop worrying about your loved one’s future! You can help put your mind at ease and get your loved one the best of care by contacting Professional Home Health Care today.
